Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

Please raise any complaint with us directly in the first instance. In our experience almost everything can be settled at the counter.
